Terms of Service
These terms cover enrollment, payments, and use of the Marlo Academy website and programs.
Enrollment and access
When you enroll, you receive access to the program and format you purchased. Self-paced access includes lifetime access to lesson updates. Live cohort access includes scheduled sessions and their recordings for the life of your enrollment.
Payments
Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable team discounts. Teams may pay by invoice or purchase order where offered. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Refund policy
Every purchase is backed by a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If a live cohort has already started, refunds are prorated for sessions not yet delivered.
Certificates
Completing the required work earns the Certificate of AI Fluency. Certificates recognize completion of Marlo Academy coursework and are not accredited academic credentials.
Acceptable use
Course materials are for your individual or purchased team use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share lesson content, recordings, or templates without written permission.
